Dress me up… around my neck
I love collars, maybe for the fact I am infatuate with shirts. Collars in all forms and shapes, accessorized and plain are giving my fall/winter closet a extra special look. But wait, the collars got company this time around, an extravagant affair with over the top necklaces.
